We are experienced in investigating a property’s redevelopment potential, with reference to its zoning, land size and local council’s planning codes. We then calculate the expected “ development yield “ which ultimately determines the property’s value as a potential development site.

Every potential development site is different, and the time taken to sell depends on the size and market value of your site.

What are the costs of your services?

Our selling fee is based on the estimated time and effort necessary to achieve a sale price in excess of normal residential market value. We are happy to discuss this with you when we meet to ascertain the viability of your property as a development site.

Yes, we have solicitors and conveyancers we can recommend. We do not receive any kickbacks from them. We use them simply because they are reliable, professional and experienced in the complexities of development site sales.
